Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept payment Paypal. Payment is expected within 10 days. ****PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE PAYING BY PAYPAL THE FOLLOWING MUST APPLY: YOU MUST BE VERIFIED AND HAVE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS ~ We reserve the right to Cancel any orders at our sole discretion that are not from confirmed addresses. US Postal Money Orders are accepted as well, however please expect a delay in shipping to allow time to clear usually 5 to 10 business days.

SHIPPING
Q: How much is shipping? Where is my order? A: Shipping is based on a Flat Rate Fee and will vary with each item(s). (Postage, packing supplies, delivery confirmation and a very minimal handling fee are included in this cost). All items are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to use whichever method is most economical and convenient at the time. If you wish to add insurance incase of lost or damage in transit, Please request it by sending us an email at michellenasondressforless@gmail.com and an updated invoice will be sent. *****Most items arrive in less than 4 days from the time it was shipped; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. We ship Monday - Friday excluding all holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes, we can process orders from most any country! We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), using either Global Priority or Airmail Letter Post. Please note that shipping will be higher if you are outside of the U.S.A., and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges like duties and customs taxes. International bidders will need to pay in US currency, preferably with PayPal. Please email michellenasondressforless@gmail.com with items interested in for a quote on shipping charges to your country. I'll work with you on shipping your item economically, so that you won't pay unnecessary charges. Customs slips are marked as merchandise, with the amount of purchase only. I will not mark custom forms as a gift as this is illegal and against my business practices.

GUARANTEE
Q: If I'm not 100% satisfied with my order, can I return it? A: Yes. In the unlikely event you are not pleased with your item(s) for whatever reason whether it doesn't fit or just buyer remorse, simply return it within 7 days (preferrably in the same packaging) to receive a full refund or exchange MINUS a 20% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the item both ways cannot be reimbursed. You will need to follow the "HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)" Instructions listed after this FAQ.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)
Q: How do I return my item(s)? Please email me within 24 hours if you plan on returning any item(s) to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number . Include in your email the reason for return, the method of payment used, and the item description. Securely package item(s) to be returned and include your RMA number. Mail package. Refund will be issued once item(s) are received and will be sent via the method you used originally to pay for your item(s) MINUS 20% restocking fee, for example if you paid with paypal then that is where your refund will go.

Q: Is it safe to order through your site? We have made security one of our top priorities. SSL (secure order protection, secure certificate or digital certificate) is a protocol for securely encrypting and transmitting electronic information between web servers across the Internet, and is the most popular method for ensuring the secure transmission of information. Both Google Checkout and Paypal use this technology. I never see your financial data; only name, address, telephone number and items ordered. In addition I never sell or share your information with any third parties. All addresses are stored with the order for recordkeeping purposes only.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS
Q: Do you offer combined shipping? Yes, I am always happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Generally the shipping matrix I have setup will automatically combine your purchases. However, if you are ever grossly overcharged on shipping fees, I will promptly refund the difference (remember - shipping fees are actual postage, supplies and a minimal handling fee). If you prefer you can Email michellenasondressforless@gmail.com with the items you wish to order and I will send you an updated invoice. Then pay and your order will ship shortly.
