Here is an awesome recipe reworked by me. I have taken an old recipe and have done some changes to make it fresh and easy to make from prepackaged goods you can find in any grocery store. It is a very simple but very rich chocolate cake that has a brownie texture and a fudgey center. People will think you slaved for hours to make this spectacular cake. You can make it with or without the nuts. You can frost it or dust it with powdered sugar or leave unfrosted, it is to die for. Takes about 3 1/2 hours from start to finish before you will be eating it. 1/2 hour prep. 1 hour to bake. 2 hours to cool before you turn it out of pan. Well what are you waiting for. This is delectable, totally yummy and will become a favorite in your house. My kids request this cake for their birthday every year. So it must be a keeper.
