Story is super cute and fun to read, the pictures in this book are awesome and if so inclined could be used as clip art in scrapbooking or card making although the book is much to nice to cut apart. I am only stating that there are super cute rabbit pictures in here.
Condition: EX - Clean crisp pages, tight binding. Very Minimal shelf wear from reading and re-shelving (a couple pages at the very end of book have been dogeared). No markings in book. (The pink you see in the scan is from me cleaning my scan bed. I never had this happen before. It took three days for that to go away.
