Condition: EX - Clean crisp pages(97% free of stains, writing and marks)( a few have some coffee splatters), tight binding. Minimal shelf wear from reading and re-shelving(Dustwrapper has seen better days. It has 1/4" tears and some soiling, does not detract from the usefulness of the cook book. Actual hardcover has a couple of corner bumps but is like new in condition). No markings in book. (The pink you see in the scan is from me cleaning my scan bed. I never had this happen before. It took three days for that to go away. I used glass cleaner on a soft cloth but for some reason it left the pink streaks, rest assured this isn't on the item).
